this vegetable call in nepal Ghiraula (घिरौंला) english name is Luffa Gourd . this vegetable is superb common veg in nepalese house. lower & meddle class family is favorites this veg. this veg some time mixed coking chicken & mutton meat so superb test.

Thanks for sharing your photos. Do you also eat the flower of the vegetable? My friend from Italy told me that they have a similar vegetable and they eat the flower as well.
