Day 1:

This was my first trip with 3 friends of the group. So, we started our journey from Lucknow to Chandigarh by Train around 10 O’clock night and we were very excited about this trip because we are going to see first time snow and glacier. We weren’t sleep in the night because of the cold weather (November 2018) and it was first time we book this trip by some tour and traveler, so whole night we are just thinking what we will do if the person does not come to pick us, or they will not contact tomorrow morning. that time we don’t have much experience about the winter season of the Shimla area.
Day 2:
Woke up in the morning near to Ambala railway station and that time we start getting call from cab driver and he asked about where he must come to pick us like Airport or railway station. So that time we felt relax and ask him to pick up from the Chandigarh Railway station. So, we reached around 11 O’clock morning at Chandigarh railway station and our cab driver picked us and we start our journey towards Shimla. After 1 hour of the journey, we felt like hungry, and we asked cab driver to stop front of one Maggie and noodle shop (Kyonki Maggie ka maja to pahado me hi aata hain khane me).
So, we had Maggie and again we resume our journey towards Shimla and around 2 O’clock we reached Shimla and we checked-in the OYO hotel Hari Palace and after warm welcome by the hotel staff and we took bath, and we went for the shopping at Mall Road Shimla. Here many options are available for the shopping, and you can enjoy the view from Club house and Mall Road Shimla Church. Same day we went for the Lord Hanuman Darshan in the Shimla tallest statue of the Hanuman and around night 9 O’clock we came back to hotel and had Whisky and Rum. (So, it was our first party after getting Job so we are very excited about drink but earlier we don’t have any experience about drink, so we took small cheers and had dinner and slept for the night)

Day 3:
Morning Breakfast at Hotel and we start for the Kufri snow point in between we stopped for the adventure park Nagsons Amusement Park Hip Hip Hurray like zipline, scary house and one more was there I don’t know the exact name of the game and these things not included in our tour package so we paid around 600/person and after that we again start our journey toward Kufri and after reaching there we need to book local horses to reach at snow point and we paid 500/person for the local horse and they took us to the snow point and from here you can see the Indo-China border and many adventure games are available to play here like gun point shoot, car riding in the snow and one more temple is there. We had Maggie top of the Kufri snow point, and they cost 100/plate and it was worth. And again, we came back down with same horse and again went Shimla city for some stuff and our driver dropped us at hotel and he asked to wake up early in the next morning so we can start early to the Manali.

Day 4:
All are ill and we not having any tablets for the fever, cold, and tounegueshill we are not able to have breakfast in the morning. After Dr suggestion, we took some medicine for our journey and start to Manali. on the way many things we got to explore and first time, we saw river water as a blue and green, it was a totally different experience we got there we crossed many tunnels while going to Manali. In a few places, the road was very narrow, but our driver was an expert. He drives very carefully, and we stopped at many places for food and marketing. we purchased warm clothes from Kullu, and the behavior of the shopkeeper was very good. We had tea with the shop team, and it was a very good experience. It was raining in Manali, so we expected snowfall in the Manali evening so after all adventure we reached Manali around 7 O’clock evening and we checked into the hotel “Manali Residency”.

Day 5: it was great night because first time we saw snowfall in life and we are going to Rohtang pass so all are woke up early in the morning and had breakfast and start our journey towards Rohtang pass after 15 Km we got to know that due to heavy snowfall, Rohtang pass was closed by gov for the public safety concern. So our cab driver took us to one shop to rent some clothes for playing in the snow filed and here we have done lots of fun and we also touched on the Origin of the “Bias river” and after that we reached one of the club to play some game and we enjoyed a lot.
Day 6: After having morning heavy breakfast at the hotel, we went first Hadimba Temple for the Darshana we explore Pine Forest and played some games like Paintball, Gun shooting, and ball shoot game.
Here you can see many people are selling saffron at a very low cost, but they are not trusty, I also purchased but looks like it was not having good quality.
“Here I’m sharing a very important and Dangerous experience with you guys, at evening time we are roaming in the market and one person came nearby us, and he whispers to my friend “Like do you need weed or Ganja” it was horrible for us my friend also got scared because we don’t who is the person and even in the market cops was there and still they have guts to talk with tourist. My suggestion is guys don’t buy any stuff and if anyone came to sell also directly report to the police.
Day 7: We started morning 8 O’clock from Manali to Chandigarh and almost we tired from this trip, it was very long trip for us, and we felt happy to returning to our city with different route and our Cab driver dropped us at evening Chandigarh Railway station and it was good hospitality by the Decent Holidays.
