I LOVE sharing when I find a great product or service, but I think it’s just as important to share negative experiences, too. My question is: does anyone have any tips or advice for me about leaving negative reviews? I think there should be some guidelines, as a bad review can certainly hurt a company. How do I express a negative review fairly and without unnecessarily hurting someone’s business?

@osmangani In my opinion, we should share only genuine reviews to the businesses. If you have any bad experience, you should share that too. But be very specific which service or ambiance or behaviour of service provider bothered you.
