Kyoto is my favorite city in Japan. Did you go there for a vacation? Why not add more details about your photo and share your experience? For me, Kyoto is the cultural and historical heart of the country. The best place to experience traditional temples, shrines, gardens, geisha, shops, restaurants and festivals. I was there before 2 years and it was a really great experience. It is difficult for me to say where in Kyoto is the best place, but maybe one of my favorite is Kinkakuji Temple (金閣寺, Golden Pavilion). This is a must see in person when traveling to Kyoto and here is one of mine photo of the temple.
