My love for good food , well prepared and presented means that I dine out a lot. I try out new restaurants with different menus and compare. Of course that doesn’t mean that I don’t cook, on the contrary I am a very good cook and hence I expect nothing but the best out there. The things I look out for at a diner are; ambiance , customer service, presentation of the meals and definitely whether the food makes me want to go back to the same place over and over. All that come together to create an amazing experience and I never leave a restaurant without giving feedback whether good or bad. How the management takes my feedback matters to me because it shows whether they really appreciate their patrons.

I find satisfaction when I write a review about a place that helps other people when making decision on whether to patron a place or not. I am very objective when doing my reviews, for example, people are different and everyone is interested in good ambiance coupled with great customer service and delicious food. Some people just want good food period, so I give the bad and good about a place so that any reader can decide based on that. I also take some time to find out other people’s experience from the same place. Most of my friends reach out to me for recommendations and I am always glad to give them different options and get their feedback there after.

As a local guide getting comments/ feedback on reviews by business owners is satisfying and gives me the morale to keep doing what I do. It shows that the business owners are keen and listen to the voice of the customer. Now more than ever I always keep my camera ready for any spectacular view. And I must say my photography skills has greatly improved. Globally, we are currently in a crisis and most businesses are relying on online clients who will mostly base their decisions on reviews.
