I’m adding this post in order to add my response for connect 2020 selection.
I’m Lahiru from Sri Lanka, Presently living and working in UAE, a Graphic Designer and Level 6 Google guide. one of my friend was telling me about this summit and I was not paying much attention for that and browsing emails, without seeing the subject line, I clicked one mail and it’s a specific mail from Google, and that is how I came to know about the Google Connect.
Visiting to this program I can have a great benifit of making friendships amoung different cultural groups in the world. in this way I can gain more expreience and knowledge. Most of us cannot travel the world to immerse ourselves into other cultures, And immersion through reading or watching movies dosen’t do it either. But When we develop strong friendships with those of different cultures and we spend time listening, we have such an immersion
