What is it made of? To me, it looks like semolina, am I right?

The sweet is really sweet @Jimit_rathod . We have same kind of sweet in Nepal too. The sweet is popular in India , Nepal , Sri Lanka and other parts @BorrisS . Beside Rasgulla, Gulab Jamun is similar to it and tastes good. We use sweets in festivals and special occasions in Nepal.

Yes @BorrisS its sweet and we take it after having food too.
It is made of “chena” which is obtained by curdling the milk. The chena is mashed, made smooth and then cooked in boiling sugar syrup.
