I was looking for a previous review I had made, and saw that loats of ,y reviews are showing Not Posted.
Most of them are reviews made in Czechia. I lived in Czechia (Czech Republic) for 4 years and made many reviews.
There isn’t any breaches of policies.
How do I get these reviews posted?
I am facing the same issue! Please let me know if you found a solution. 
You can appeal for each of the reviews individually. That is probably the fastest way to ger them go public again.
Click Details and then Appeal (big blue button).

That would take ages. There is well over 100 reviews showing this message.
It should never have happened as no policies had been breached.
What’s the use of making reviews when there continues to be problems with Google Maps.
