I am having problems with my account, I hope this is the right forum to get assistance with this matter. I have been a Trusted Photographer for quite a while. I have published over 3000 photos to program and have not had any issues with quality, blurring faces, number plates ever but now I seem to have lost my badge and am now just a local guide? My “for hire” has been turned off on my profile and I can’t seem to find out why? I am still listed on the “Hire a Professional” Google page. I am very worried and would like to find out what can be done to fix this issue. I apologise if this is not the correct place to be asking these questions, if not please could you direct me to the right place or person. Thank you!

The trusted photographer Program has been separated from the Local Guides program and they have their own support now.
Do you still hace access to the Street Views News board under the Exclusive Access section of Local Guides Connect?
The exclusive access Street View boards may disappear on December 19th, so if you have access to it check the announcement by @SonyaN from October 19th were the new trusted photographer program and support is explained.
What happens if you enable the “Available for hire” switch in the settings of the Street View app?

Are you still experiencing this problem? The Street View received some reports regarding that issue, but it seems resolved now. Please let me know so we can investigate further if it hasn’t been solved for you.
P.S.: I will move your comment to a separate thread on our How-tos board, so if someone else has a similar doubts, the information can be found easier. I will also put a title so it gets clear what the publication is about.

Can you please try to update your app to the latest version or if it is already updated, delete and reinstall it? If the issue continues, I’m kindly asking you to provide a screenshot of your settings.
Hi @Bobiisha Thank you for your email. I have sent pics of my profile so you can see. I also reinstalled the app as you suggested and unfortunately it didn’t change anything. Not sure what to do, any suggestion as to next step is appreciated.

The team advised that you continue to publish and wait for a few more days as per their side the issue was resolved. Please let me know if it continues after 4-5 days, hope it’s get solved.

Hi @Bobiisha Happy New Year! Hope you are well! I am still having problems with the “for hire” and also my green tick is still missing from my profile. I have waited, as you suggested and also uninstalled the app several times. Please could you assist me again, any help is greatly appreciated.

The Street View team is looking into it and will update you as soon as possible. Meanwhile, can you please try to turn the option ‘‘available for hire’’ from your setting menu on? Please inform me if some error or any other message appears when you try to turn it on and if possible please provide a screenshot of the menu so we can investigate further.

@Bobisha Hi again. I am still having problems not being listed as a Google Trusted Photographer. I can’t login to the Photographers forums to fix this issue as I am an accredited to do so. Please can you help with this? I have waited a long time for it to resolve and it hasn’t done so. Thank you.
