Suddenly I lost around 650 points and went back from being a Level 7 to Level 6… What’s going on?
Can I recover my lost points?

I, too lost a massive amount of points today: over 12,000! Very discouraging. It took months of reviews and I was on the cusp of Level 9. None of my reviews are private, and my location history is on. If this cannot be rectified I am no longer going to participate. It seems so unfair and random.
