I’m looking at your Maps profile and can confirm that you have added 364 reviews bu currently only 313 of them are public.
The spam filter will silently take down reviews that does not comply with the guidelines. This is not new.
Reading a bunch of your remaining public reviews suggests that you might not be aware of the guidelines related to general remarks. Writing a review without referring to your specific experience with the business or place is considered general remarks.
Here is one of your reviews:
A special gift shop, with unique ideas for the home and family. Original, full of imagination and style, with a variety that covers every taste.
Such a text could be written by a marketing agent or be found in a tourist brochure. Did you visit? What did you buy? How did you like it? And why?
Personal and detailed testimonials are what makes reviews valuable to fellow Maps users. If we just wanted some Wikipedia style text this can easily be found.

Another reason for reviews being taken down are violations of the photo guidelines. Looking at your public photos suggests that the rules about not uploading similar/ redundant photos could explain what you are experiencing.

Pics basically showing the same thing are not helpful. Just changing the zoom is not sufficient.
The first two might be duplicates. This is also not allowed. Changing the orientation is also not sufficient - it is still a redundant photo.
Maps users can always zoom in themselves.
