Lost over 2000 points

I lost over 2000 points after reaching level 9 on 24 May.

I have found reason to lose my points and my level 9 status.

I have posted on several forums

and have not found any solutions.

I need help in finding a solution to my issue.

I would appreciate any help

to point me in the right direction

Sometime can happen like that.I think because of using VPN.

Have you checked your Google Maps Profile Contribution Dashboard?

Please check for Answers section. Currently you have 27, 722 points under this section. In all probability you have lost your mentioned points here only. If you capture the data at your end you can see the difference.

Even I have lost more than 4000 points due to this almost at the same time which you are referring to.

This could be a bug and shall be fixed by Google. Don’t you worry.

Hello

I have reviewed my emails from Google Maps.

On 15 May, I was at 47, 568 and

needed 2432 points to reach

Level 9.

I reached 50,000 points and

Level 9 on 24 May.

A short time later my points fell

below 48, 000 points and back

to Level 8.

It appears that my points were

lost in the answers area.

I would appreciate any assistance

with my points issue.
