I am really sorry about your issue. I am tagging @Giu_DiB for an official answer, but as the application is closed, I do not see any way to fix it.
BTW, you can check the issue with the Youtube support community
In addition, please edit your post to remove, for your own privacy, your contact details. Google will never use that information to contact you. We discourage the Local Guides to post contact details in Connect, as it is a public forum accessible to everyone in Internet

If I were you, I would make sure to embed the video in your Local Stories Application post. At least they would be able to find it. But this does not guarantee your application will be evaluated / successful.

I am letting you know that I accepted as solution the aswer you received from @ErmesT . Once an application is submitted, no edits can be made so contacting the YouTube Help Center or the Help Community is indeed the right thing to do.
