Lost 10 000 points

Hi…!

I just fished two, in my opinion, huge jobs dokumenting al artwork in my city and also spent a lot of my semester on Tenerife reviewing restaurants. Just reached level 9 but last night a suddenly lost around 10 000 points and is now on level 8 agian. I haven’t got clue what could have trigged this. It feels that I have been punished for al this work I have done to make maps better. Anyone have an idea? I have sent in an report to get my account investigated.

Best regards…

Hi @Larlof

You still or again have problems with hidden reviews.

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 276 reviews and only 87 of them are public.

Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the review guidelines.

Read about typical review guideline violations here.

If you are on a Desktop use this link to Count your hidden contributions. From a mobile device use this link.

If you want to identify which of your reviews are hidden please see this post.

Please use the form called Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps if you believe that some of your contributions have been wrongfully unpublished. Please note that it can take several weeks for the check to be done, and you will not be notified about the result, so I suggest you check the status of your reviews once a week or so.

Best of luck
Morten

Wow!! That’s a lot of points lost @Larlof

Looks like they may have been reinstated though, as I can see you’re above 50,000 and shown publicly as Level 9 now.

Keep up the good work.
