Now that the statistics are out of the way, I can tell you that I would personally stick to Jefferson City. Its more rural and less “city” than Morristown and especially Sevierville. If you prefer the hustle and bustle of the city over farm/country life, then go with Sevierville. Fair warning, Sevierville is near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so you will be dealing with tons of tourists year long. Many people travel from all over the world to visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Sevierville is also a HOT SPOT to view leave changing in the fall. In my personal opinion, you should really decided what kind of location you are looking for.

I hope this helps a bit. You can access all the statistics at https://www.neighborhoodscout.com
