My friend own a restaurant and a anonymous guide has marked the restaurant ‘permanently closed’ as an edit. The restaurant is not closed and we would like to get rid of the orange letters, because guests think they’re closed. Can you guides undo this? The name of the restaurant is: Restaurant Ace Amsterdam.

thank you for your fast reply. Unfortunately we have already tried that, but we can’t change that in the business account. Google said that we need high level guides to change this 
It is not correct that some edits need a high-level local guide to get accepted.
Please seek help in the GBP help center and you find the GBP forum here.

Tell your, friend that using ALL CAPS is not allowed “ACE” should be “Ace” unless it is a shorthand.
