I have been a guide in my city and local area in Oregon U.S.A. before and am hoping I can find someone in London near Stepney Green to do the same for us. Two of my travel mates want to see Stonehenge and Avebury. I have been before but I would much rather find a local guide to take us than a tour company as I did the last time I went.

Hi @OZZZZ perhaps you’ll get a local answer from someone who wants to help, but I want to ensure that you know that Local Guides isn’t a service for providing tour guides. Local Guides contribute data in the form of edits, reviews, photos, etc. to Google Maps to improve their community.

Good to know, thank you! I was directed here by someone who has had success in finding local people who like to show off their city and surrounding areas. If I do not hear from anyone, I will not be upset.
