I found some photos of his that I would love to license for a project. I just cannot figure out how to contact him. I understand that [redacted] is supposed to summon him somehow, but I do no think that’s his actual username. Anyone know Juan?

I have successfully tracked down a few. Did you search on Facebook? Did you search Google. And of cause here in Connect? And LinkedIn. Also local telephone directory can be relevant.
Those are my best strategies. But if he used this alias name only on Maps you could be out of luck.
You might learn more by looking at where he takes photos and makes reviews.

Hello @CCVacation , not all local guides have signed up for Local Guides Connect, and even if this Local Guide has signed up you are not able so far to find him from his Google Maps profile, probably due to privacy matter (imagine a business owner unhappy with a review would be able to see personal information about the Local Guide easily). Despite, everyone can choose a user here in Connect, and it is not necessarily the same name and surname used on Google Maps (again privacy matters).
I also would let you know that the Local Guides program Is restricted to personal users. Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program. Please refer to this link for more information: https://maps.google.com/localguides/rules
