As a distinguished place of Bengal The local name under ward no. 9 of West Jaflong Union of Gowainghat Upazila is near the Pillar of Lakkohchora village, near Pillar No. 125, near the Longkhong river under Meghalaya state. I started to going by CNG from the Amborkhana to Gowainghat then Paragana Bazar through the greenery and paddy fields. When approaching the Maturtal Bazar, it seems that the Bettlenutt tree, which stands on the wall along the Indo-Bangla border, is inviting us with different species of trees and fruits. The dew drops occasionally the mind as the mountain. From Maturtal Bazar, a motorbike crosses the Pyain River with a boat at the Newgaon-Islamabad playground next to Sonarhat High School in exchange with 70 Taka. Even in the dry season, the foot can be crossed.
How to go:
The easiest way is to reach the Gowainghat Bypass stand first if the symptoms are to go to the Lokkhonchora Waterfall. Later, passing through the Pirozpur-Sonarhat road along the Gowainghat Government University College, Pargana Bazar-AharKandi Bazar-Maturtal Bazar-Sonarhat High School-Nawagaon-Islamabad crossed the Pyain River and headed west along the Lakhat Bazar on the west side of the hill. Note that the road from Pantumai to the east is the road to the Mayamati fountain. So you have to proceed along the western side. It is important to note that it is possible to travel in the rainy season by boat or during the dry season if you want to spread the Bisnakandi-Lokkhonchora in the Mayapari fall-Pantumai fall.
