If you intend to create a local community involving other local guides then there is a star logo you are allowed to use. Find it here.

I meant to suggest you use the 4 stars logo found here.
I don’t think a lot of text will work well when used as a very small icon.
You may want to consult with your fellow Indian friends before starting another group named Indian Local Guides.
Finally, I believe Google intended the should not be shown in a final version.
