@Friedrich Are you saying that you are trying to making some edits and they are not getting approved? First, read the comment here and try again. Still, if it doesn’t work and if it is a serious matter then you may tag one Google moderator who might help you. To tag a Google moderator, read this post.

Edit’s will be approved and live only after verified in “Check the Facts” by other Local Guides.
If it is showing pending please wait for the verification or If it is not approved, please submit again.

a couple of note on your post:
As far as I can see, the business is claimed on Google My Business. This is the reason why you cannot change the name. only the owner can, even if of course you can suggest an edit.
This said, my question is: Is this a new place (new ownership) or the old place just changed the name? In the first case, it would be a better solution to Close the original place, and open a new one, as probably photos and reviews (that are related to the “old” business, probably do not fit on the “new” place), but to do this the new owner will have to pass through Google my Business
In the second case (just a name change) the owner will have to change (update) the name of the business. You should inform the owner about the wrong name, so for him to go through GMB, and update it

I did not see your reply until now. Somehow I have give up on things on google a bit.
The place is not a new place. It is an existing place where the name was changed.
How can I inform the Business Owner, is there an option?

You can tag Connect members in your posts by writing @ before their name. This way they receive a notification and know that you are trying to communicate with them directly.
Tavan restaurant is a duplicate of the sky restaurant 360. To change it you should find: Suggest an edit, then follow the instructions and click Submit.
