Hello, please help me. I added two places in Tehran city, but after a week they all disappeared from Google map, in fact, I can only see one of them with my account, and the other location, even cannot be seen by other people.
I have added pictures, phone number, time, and website to one of them, and google approved them (It is a Barber school for men). Another one, the coffee shop, I have added pictures and time, but disappeared.
I donât know what is wrong.

I checked and it seems these two points you mentioned have been removed from the map.
As I see youâve added no points by this account and again as I see you had (at least) one another account in the Local Guides program that had been banned and has Added Points.
You should know that having more than one account in the Local Guides program, and also having accounts with a business name and/or business activity on the map is against the rules.
So what I guess is that the system banned that other account because of guidelines violations and simply reverted your edits after a while.
On the other hand, please try to add complete info like a telephone number (landline preferred since it refers to real location) in the first try to add the location.
Also, note that it is âRebin Cafeâ not Coffee.
Right now, since these were new points, what I could suggest is to close all your other accounts in the Local Guides program (if there are any others) and add these points again to the map.
Yes I have to accounts, but none of them work as a business to make money as a local guide account. So another account has been banned, what is your suggest to fix this issue?
Because I add review on google map and I get points. If there is no solution to fix that local guide banned account, I close that one and submit these location again.

If your other account had a Local Guides badge before, It means that it is banned.
Anyway, currently I suggest you only continue to contribute as a Local Guide only by one main account.
If you prefer that one just try to join by that and then opt out this one from the program.
But if the system doesnât let to join (because of the suspension), then you should continue by this one.
And about these two points.
I can also check these places in two days and can add them to the map.
It depends on you if you prefer to add them yourself or ask me to do this. But note that only add by the account you want to continue your contributions by it
@Amiran Thanks for suggestion. I prefer to follow yours, so I remove another account although itâs level is at six but for fix this situation I remove it.
which one is better to add these location? If I can add these location I do that, but if the chance of adding is low I would be appreciated you add them.
And about these places, I suggest you add them yourself. I donât think if you add the chance of approval is low but even donât afraid of Pending. It is also part of the process and you will face a lot when you do more on Google Maps but maybe its percentage decreases when youâre doing things right.
Hello @Amiran ! Following our last conversation. I couldnât find my Local guide account that has been blocked, if you help me find it and guide me deactivate it I would be appreciated.
Think of it this way: The local guides program is an add-on to a Google Account. So check your Google Accounts. Or if you remember posting anything here on Connect you might be able to do a text search here on Connect to find your old username.
