Last 20 days ago i am adding my own IT business name in Google maps but stell is pending but why?

This is a known Corona-related issue. Please take a look at UPDATED: Temporary product changes in Google Maps and No need to panic about the sudden loss of points if you are interested in the details. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do except to be patient.

@mdSabbir Because of Covid-19 Google take some steps and reduce the employees to come in to the office .as a result you are facing the problem .its temporary so dont worry about it.you will see your change in google maps after some time .Google want to protect their team members from covid-19. I hope you will understand
You already asked twice about an issue in adding place in Google maps, and you have already received your answer two times.
Now you are asking about your own Business, but the issue is always the same already explained.

Follow this link to register your business: https://www.google.com/business/. With Mybusiness you can also have more control of your page in Google Maps.
Please just take your time and be little bit patience.

In addition to all the useful information you’ve been given above, note that the support Google My buisiness team is manually reviewing new listings, claims, and verifications for essential health-related businesses. While they prioritize these critical services, they will temporarily put a hold on publishing new listings, claims, and verifications for other types of businesses to Google Search and Maps.
In future please refer to the Google My Business community for your business related questions.
