ローカルガイドとして私がやった最も興味深いことは、「写真を投稿する」ことです。ローカルガイドを利用する人の多くは、行ったことのない場所をよく見るので、なるべくたくさん写真を撮って、行く前に想像できるようにしたり、仕事中に撮ったりして、ビデオとそれを投稿しました。私も仕事で撮影したので、自分の強みを活かして他の人を助けることができてとても嬉しいです。私もよく写真を見て、どこに行くかを決めます。

もともとフィンランドに留学していたとき、たまたまビデオ撮影の仕事に就き、フィンランドだけで旅行を終え、エストニアからラトビアまで陸路で船に乗りました。

Even after lunch, I was worried about the bar in the restaurant and decided to sit at the counter. I was nervous at the bar alone for the first time, but the bartender welcomed me with a very smile. He told me about the liqueur “Balzam”, a local liquor in Riga, Latvia. This liqueur seems to be famous in Latvia and has many flavors such as normal, cassis, cherry, coffee and cream. Balzam has not only liqueurs but also gins. The bartender made me a delicious ice cocktail using the rulle. Not only that, they also tasted all the “Balzam” liquors. They took care of me to the end and we promised to meet again in the summer.
The unforgettable memories here were the encounters that led me to become a bartender.
After Latvia, I went straight to Italy, further increasing my curiosity about my food. After that I flew to Thailand and I stayed for about a month. During that time, I remembered about bars in Latvia, so I decided to go to bars in Thailand. At that time, I checked Google Maps and decided to head to the place I was most interested in.
It was located in a slightly confusing place. It was a Japanese bar offering very beautiful cocktails, but I happened to be absent after the bartender returned home, so I entered a very attractive Japanese bar next door.
I will meet again there. The bartender there was so pleased that I was interested in the bar and gave me knowledge of alcohol from all over the world. The encounter with him was a coincidence, but he became a mentor who would consult me a lot after I decided to become a bartender.
Here, knowledgeable Japanese bartenders not only learn about sake, but also serve delicious local cuisine here (Nagoya is the name of a Japanese city).
I then wanted to become a bartender savvy and went to Cambodia to work and pray for a job at a bar, but at that time it was too bad and I couldn’t help. However, I encounter a different encounter in Siem Reap with Angkor Wat.
At that time, I was searching for delicious local food using Google Maps. We had dinner at a local food restaurant in Siem Reap, where we were most interested. I was impressed by the fact that I ate more delicious and delicious food than I expected and received high service. I gave it to youtube and the owner there contacted me the next day to have lunch with me. He is a business owner who runs 13 restaurants in Siem Reap and he introduced many local food chefs because I was interested in local food and worked on video. I got it. その後、日本に戻り、日本の有名なバーテンダーの下で、あらゆる種類のアルコールや食材について毎日勉強することにしました。将来的には、地域の素材を世界中に橋渡しするようなビジネスをしたいと思っています。
日本を出る9ヶ月前までは、想像もしなかった結果でした。すべてが1つの遭遇であった場合、これはおそらく当てはまりませんでした。私の好奇心にインスピレーションを与えてくれたのは、Googleのおかげです。
海外に行くたびに、Googleマップで単語を検索し、その中の画像を見て、比較したい場所を特定します。私はこの活動を続け、できるだけ多くの人に刺激を与えたいと思っています。世界は素晴らしい地元の素材と人々でいっぱいです。もっと欲しい人にもっとリーチしたい。
