Hello, everyone, I am Harry Chen from Taoyuan, Taiwan. After social media became so popular, I always try to share my actual experience with friends. As a local guide, I contributed my experience more sufficiently. Sometimes, I even get calls from friends to ask my comments that they see on the spot of google map. After I realize local guide program is so reliable, I created my spot, a long/short term monthly rental suit, on google map. It really boosted my business rapidly. After I chatted with some tenants, some of they said those comments on my spot are great to let them know the review and history of my suit. This is what other “for rent” website can’t do. This hit me. I never thought local guide program also can help people to meet their need in renting house section until chatting with tenants.
After sharing my experience with other friends, some of them also try to do the same way. All of them are amazed by google’s system. So I would like to introduce google’s related system to others, including local guide program which not so many friends are using currently. Actually, for myself, I am starting to join local guide community not far ago. I think there must be much interesting part that I haven’t discover yet. Hopefully, I can get a chance to learn with other experienced local guides.
Moreover, when one of my friends established his workshop of Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommended him to set up his spot on google map. He did and said thanks to me. Local guide program helps him to accelerate his business. I am glad he take the great step, but on the other hand, soon I need to wait for longer time to get my car done.

For my friend, maybe you can say some already know that local guide program will help this kind of business. But for my owned one, rental suit business, using local guide program to enhance it is new in Taiwan.

1.The Yen restaurant in Taipei 101. I wouldn’t say it’s inexpensive, but the view while you are dinning is priceless.
2.Come True coffee in Taoyuan 77 art and culture district, Taiwan. It’s inside a area renovated from a police office dormitory back to Japanese occupation of Taiwan.
It’s amazing that you can get a quiet and peaceful coffee shop and restaurant inside that ancient building surrounded by a modern city.
Once you experience the atmosphere, you must calm down right away.
3.The 9bar coffee shop. My first coffee lesson to distinguish the quality and difference between different baked coffee bean.
Although making a cup of “right” coffee is a deep know-how, you can catch the rough image quickly by guided by a expert.
I am always exciting to make new applications by using tools or platforms. It’s like you innovate something indirectly. I also hope there is chance to exchange this kind of experience with others. Hopefully we can discover more applications for people around the world.
