Hello, I’m vegetarian BEN from Taiwan. 
Taiwan, where is very friendly for Ovo-Lacto vegetarians is my hometown. It’s also the beginning for me to start the Local Guides program.
To me, the Local Guides program means “Online Time Capsule.” Every Local Guide put his/her treasured memories into the Google Map. Different from the traditional Time Capsule, people love to share their Time Capsule online with others anytime.

------ Time Capsule of the working memories------
As a civil engineer for roads/pavements maintaining and designing, I change the working places at regular intervals. By recording the shops near the working places I have experienced on Google Map, it’s just like that I save my hard-working lives on the Internet. Furthermore, engineers have the latest information for the roads or pavements their company constructed. In the future, I will recommend this kind of information be updated by us to help wheelchair - bound people have a comfortable route planning.
------ Time Capsule of the traveling memories------
I was lucky enough to have three chances to go abroad for free or the government supported when I was a college student. To keep track of every moment, I wrote some posts on the social media (including the facebook, Instagram, twitter, blog). Unfortunately, people seldom noticed them on the Internet. Thus, I came up with another way to record these memories on the Local Guides program. I wish people a more pleasant journey because of my traveling experiences.
------ Time Capsule of the vegetarian memories------
I remember my helpless for my first trip alone.
With the sharing from the ovo-lacto vegetarians on the Google Map, I found the delicious cuisines in Roma in the end. In order to help others, I tried to share the experience as a local guide. On the other hand, these records bring the original happiness to me every moment I read.
No matter which kind of time capsule I have, the most important of all is that they give a positive feedback to me. The positive words in the letters enable me to keep fighting at work.
