Local guides pin badge

I should have received my local guides pin badge to my address in Spain. Local post office say customs want €6. So want be collecting it not when it’s supposed to be free

Welcome to connect local guides forum. Regarding your perks that’s very strange. It should be delivered to you free of charges.

I don’t know if we should tag @ErmesT to look into that.

Since Brexit I think Spain are treating anything shipped from the UK as a target to impose custom duties no matter what the value of the item is

I have not recived my Pin. I had to re request one and even that one has not made it to my address. Is there any way this can be looked into? To see if it has even been sent? I can provide my referance number. Thanks
