Great to hear that you already received one perk. We are a lot of local guides who never received any.
Being a Local Guide for the perks is a sure way to set oneself up for dissapointments.

I guess your question is regarding “non delivery of your perk for 10months” since it has been longer than 6 weeks from when you ordered your perk, please go to the FAQ page on the redemption website, and input your unique code into the “What can I do about a missing or damaged item” and submit.
