As you see, the address of the email is “no reply”
It means that the email you receive from Connect are only notifications, to inform you that someone responded to a post you are following, or tagged you in a post/reply, or sent you a private message. You cannot respond to a notification by email
To respond you have to come here in Connect, check your notifications tapping in the bell on the top of the screen, and selecting form there the notification you want to respond to.
