Hey there!

It would be nice to see you host a meetup in Jnb - maybe that’s what everyone else is waiting for.

I say, pick a fun area of opportunity and host A meetup. Remember to make it fun - that’s what matters most.

Based in Nigeria, we have a growing number of meetups but will be cheering you on from here

Go for it!!

@LeeBee-SA I can’t wait to see your meetup recap.

Remember you can share the meetup of schedule a across social media. Invite your friends, colleagues and family members; tell them about Local Guides and boom - you have an LGA community.

To help you prepare for the meetup you can check this guideline

Hi @LeeBee-SA ,

Meeting fellow Local Guides in your area, is a great idea! If you want to find fellow Local Guides from your area, try searching the community for mentions of your city/region to find posts with that name in the title, body of the post, or the location tag.

Feel free to jump into these conversations and engage with the Local Guides near you. You also have the option to host a meet-up here on Connect, or join an existing meet-up. You’re welcome to share your meet-up via your social channels, as well. Please have a look at the links below, as these are useful when planning a successful meet-up:

Thank you for that @LeeBee-SA . I just need one request that we have to invite @Raphael-Mahumane in this meet up because he has already visited Last year summit so we can learn from his experience.

@Safdarrai by all means yes, except he lives in a different province to us

@Raphael-Mahumane is in KZN which is about 5-6 hours drive from Johannesburg.
