Local Guides-Interesting and Meaningful To Me

There is the big question out there about what does being a local guide to a person doing google maps. The bigger question is how meaningful it is. To me being a local guide is a big job for someone that doesn’t know the area. Is visiting from out state or a local that has never been to a certain part of town before. That is what a local guide is. A guide that helps someone pick a area, and trust in that person that is helping to make the right choice. Either it be shopping at a store, to eating at a place, or going to the movie theater. That is what local guide means to me. Someone there that they trust that person enough to be honest and truthful. Not give something one star all because they got an order wrong, or the price is way too late. Other places have that problem because they think of just the price without thinking the big picture.

Secondly, for me, the more interesting thing that I have done is help out small little mom and pop shops. Like recently, I have always gone but never rated, was a small book store close by to me. I always gone, and I see how much they struggle. I also see how these people are so sweet and nice, and have amazing book selections. Yet, they never seen to be always that busy. I love it when I can spread the word, and I just hope my view gets notice. So that the people who see it don’t mind taking that extra chance on trying it out. It also brings me joy to see that the owner did read my post, and replied to it. Which gives me more hope that people will look at it even more. Proving that this store is really great, and that this place needs to stay there for many generations to come.
