Hi, I’ve just signed up for this today (although I’ve done a few edits in the past)

Been trying to contact Google regarding a load of errors at the shopping centre

Which shopping centre are you finding these errors in? I try to spot some whenever I’m in them and fix as many as possible.

If you’re in the CentreMK there’s also lots of places that don’t have photographs yet.

Hi all,

I’m in north MK. There is a serious problem at Centre:MK. All of the pins that I’ve looked at look like they’ve somehow been linked to Intu (or “The New Bit” as we locals insist on calling it) rather than centre:mk. I’ve tried making a couple of address changes, e.g. Pandora, but I’ve got a feeling gmaps prefers to believe the address data, which it’s picking up from the Intu link. For those who aren’t clear where Intu is, it’s the smaller bit here (where the Apple Store and Debenhams is)

centre:mk is the much larger bit here basically stretching in a straight line between marks and spencer at the Intu end and John Lewis at the other.

These are two completely separate businesses

I guess the question is: how do we fix the “located in” property of the centre:mk pins, as in this example?

If if there is a method, I’d be happy to fix them all, but this would also be great for someone who is trying to grind their way to L5?

I have raised this issue on the main Mapmaker forum and haven’t had a definitive answer back on this yet.

Cool. I couldn’t find the post? Is that the mapmaker forum on the google productforms site? I’d be quite interested is having a read as I have discovered a similar problem with the local centre in Great Linford MK
