I like being a Local Guide because I feel a sense on responsibility to let persons know how their businesses or this place that they would like to visit, is operating. Being a local guide, I get the opportunity to talk straight the views that matter about a business. Whether it’s the Marketing Personnel or the Customers, Customer Service is the face of your business. So if you get a bad review it’s a review to help you improve the business for your customers, from an actual customer’s point of view. While for the customers reading the review, it helps to manage their expectations of the place they are about to visit. I have been fortunate enough to have businesses reach out to me to better upgrade their offering to customer so they can fix their customers’ experience with their brand, and this benefits us both.

The more accessible and customer-friendly your business is, the more loyal and new customer’s you will have.
