Hi guys!
My name is Daniel Charles Msirikale and this year for the first time I am applying for the Local Guides event: Connect Live!
Last year a good friend was able to attend the Local guide connect event and he really inspired me to be an active member of the community upon his return.
About a month ago I decided to become a full time travel and documentary photographer and this in turn helped me to become An even more active local guide as I visited different places around my country and shared them with the world. My biggest mission as a photographer is to inspire the youth in my country to travel and explore the world, begining with our very own country.
Local guides connect has been extremely helpful for me during my travels around different parts of the world and it is my mission to be able to help other people as well especially those who are traveling to my country!
I hope this year I will get to attend the Connect Live and meet my fellow guides and learn from and get inspired by them on how to become a better and more ethical local guide.
