Thank you for reaching out, you can add a link on your comment here on Connect.
You can simply block the word or sentence that you want to hyperlink and then click the link symbol on the left side of the camera symbol (check screenshot below), then paste the URL you want to linked.
In addition to that, since what you shared is not an idea but more towards a question I am moving your post to the How-tos topic label and I am marking this reply as solution, so other Local Guides can refer to it.
Hi @JinYeh your question looks ambiguous to me, this might have different meaning unless you really mean a link not a signature to show bellow your posts here on connect.

I want to add youtube hyperlink in Google Map comment.(I thought this was a local guide comment.)

Thank you for the further explanation, unfortunately we don’t have the hyperlink option on Google Maps, as we have here on Connect.
If you think this will be an improvement for the program, feel free to always suggest it in our Idea Exchange section.

Actually you cannot share any Hyperlink on Google Maps Review @JinYeh , and I also would like to discourage Google to add this possibility, that can open the door to a huge amount of spam.
