The local Guides program has literally changed my life, I started many years ago reading reviews for almost every activity in my life. But one day I start using local guides and the experience start to be different, taking the time to write my experience in a trip had a great impact in all this community, is all about HELPING OTHERS. Also having the chance to read something about a restaurant or a specific place and be able to TRUST what people have to say, makes my actual trips to be awesome.
In went to Salvador de Bahia in Brazil a couple of years ago, and this was my first great experience using local guides for everything. I remember we found each local place to do what we wanted at that moment. Since that trip, I never stopped.
