Local Guides are a world wide FAMILY!

The entire world refers to Google and the reviews of restaurants, museums, sports venues, cities, places etc. to get an idea of what that specific place is like. Most people just read a few reviews and their mind is set. Local Guides are so much more than people posting photos and reviews, Local Guides are a huge extended family all over the world. It’s more than just reviews and photos, is the opportunity to expand our minds and eyes. The opportunity to see a tiny bit of the world through someone else’s eyes, perspectives and life styles. We are all different, we come from different backgrounds, nationalities, environments, experiences etc. all these things shape who we are today and how we see the world. Personally, I think that Local Guides is a way for me to see how other people see the world and perhaps how they see the same things that I do in a different way. Diversity is what makes the world interesting and exciting, the ability to get to know people, cultures, places, taste different foods, the world is huge and amazing place ready to be discovered.

To me, Local Guides means more than just reviews and photos. It means experiences, adventures, knowledge, love, fun and friendship. Millions of people giving us a sneak peak of the awesome people, cities, foods, and adventures that await us out there. A family of locals waiting for you to be the next person they get to meet and share their views with you.

This is what Local Guides means to me.
