the most interesting thing I did in local guides was fix the hours of a business. I felt it was important because they had the wrong hours. people will think they close earlier then they did. which they didn’t.
what the local guides program mean to me is the world. I love it because before I knew about this program I use to be nervous going to new places. I didn’t know what I was going to expect. also I feel like I’m doing a change in the world. I’m helping people know if they in a wheelchair they will know if is wheelchair accessible, if they have elevators. I let people know if they going to have a good experience or a bad one. if they accept kids. are employees going to treat you nice.
