At which level can a Local Guide join Connect forum?

Anyone can join Connect forum at any level, even the person is on Level 1, Can join Connect forum and can write posts as well.

Not sure to understand the reason of your questions, @Mohan_Singh

You have experience on the community, so I am sure you have seen post and replies written by some L1 Local Guides (you just gave a like to one of them)

So the answer given by @KashifMisidia is correct, every Local Guide can join and contribute in Connect.

There are specific events where only Local Guides over some level can participate, but this is something not related to the question
