I am working in Ready made Garments sector from 2005 and I am 37 years old now. it was an absolute pleasure to discover, few years ago, I could actually contribute to Googles’ journey.
For my Leisure, I travel across different place in my country and loved to take interesting picture whatever I feel, I think it is my duty, to put these these pictures on the “Map” and tell others about them.
I was constantly clicking that most insignificant part of streets to upload. Later to see the sheer delight and feeling of achievement on a shopkeepers face when he saw his shop’s online presence made it all worth it!
For me being a local guide is a great way to share experiences and help others. I visit. My photos, reviews and ratings uploaded on Google Maps are just stories of my experiences of discovering know & unknown places.
I feel we Guides, make Google Maps much more than a map & route guide. The stuff we upload transforms it into a living platform about living places, real people and great experiences in the world.
Helping transform Google maps, as a Local Guide gives me a huge high. Its very rewarding to add life to the worlds greatest technology platform.
