Kumbh Mela is a mass of Hindu pilgrimages where Hindus and people from different religion from various parts of country and across the world gather to bathe in the sacred river. It is one of the world’s largest religious gathering. The Kumbh Mela 2019 is going to be held at Prayag (New name of Allahabad) from January 14th, 2019 to March 4th, 2019.

The over month-long fair is marked by the construction of a massive tented township, complete with cottages, huts, platforms, civic facilities, administrative and security measures. It is organized immaculately by the government, the local authorities and the police.
I would like to invite ideas from local guide to how volunteer for this event because this a world largest temporary city architect for three months with all basic facilities as normal city like water, electricity and food supply and other facilities like medical, security and other shop for basic need.
So can we local guide do any innovative volunteer service for this coming great event in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Please share your valuable idea and decide any meet-up regarding same. Thanks and Regards.

I recommend creating a meet-up on our meet-up site and interested Local Guides in your area can indicate their interest via RSVP. You can share your meet-up more widely on your social channels, which may garner your friends or family to become Local Guides too!
