I am a level 8 local guide and I got a mail stating I will get a reward, local guide pin. its been more than 3 months and I have not received it yet. can anyone help.

If you haven’t already, please read “Question about a Local Guides reward email? Read this first”.
If you got a tracking number, please check the location of the package either online or at your post office.
Either your package is stuck with the shipping company or the customs.
If you don’t manage to find out where it is, you can order a replacement reward by filling your credentials on the bottom part of the FAQ page
