- review was posted first back in November but isn’t showing up when searched from other users or incognito window. Yet the service provider thanked me for the review! What’s the deal with that?
I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 65 reviews and only 62 of them are public.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

If you are on a Desktop use this link to Count your hidden contributions. From a mobile device use this link.
If you want to identify which of your reviews are hidden please see this post.
You should identify the 3 reviews and edit them to remove any questionable words and resubmit until they go public.
Best of luck

Hi Morten, thanks for the note. It makes no sense that this would be hidden. At one time it wasn’t, as evidenced by the reviewed company’s response. The review also contains no objectionable language. The only thing I can think of is that the provider comes to my house - I don’t travel to their location, but that would be kinda dumb for Google to do that.
