As local guide i should receive an Email with a code for buying the Pixel 4a in the google store.
But i dont! What can i do?

I have been google guide for a couple of year but was disappointed to find out that I didn’t receive the discount code for Pixel 4a that many have received via email. Did anyone else have the same issue?

Das ist meiner Meinung ungerechtfertigt und eine Ungleichbehandelung.
Da haben welche den Code bekommen, die wesentlich weniger Level haben und das Handy gar nicht kaufen wollen!
Why only for a limited number? How was it decided who would get it?
In my opinion, this is unjustified and unequal.
There were those who received the code who have significantly fewer levels and who don’t even want to buy the cell phone!

@ErmesT Hey there, the thing is that you mention this offer is for limited users but a friend of mine got an email which said that all local guides are eligible for this offer. I am attaching a screenshot.

Yes, he needs the voucher and I need one for myself. It’s annoying Google is differential between people and there is no standard process for giving these rewards.

I’ll put it this way, this is customer discrimination!
Same deal here, been a Local Guide for years and have friends who’ve been contributing for literally days who received the email, and until now I’ve received nothing. I don’t understand what the point of not giving the perk to all is - it just broods resentment and will potentially cause many to reduce or cease contributions, which is presumably the opposite of what Google wants.

@Compass That’s the strange part, the people who have received the code actually states that the code is for “all” google guides, so they need to address this issue. Check the screenshot.
