I unknowingly joined the local guide program. But later gradually interest started to arise. Undoubtedly this program is inspiring to the world community. This is such a program that I was able to learn about the culture and people of the world wide from home. Although I have traveled only in my country till now. But it seems that information of all the places in the world is on my palm. All this has been possible due to the local guides that remain a part of the program without any greed.
The program has made the whole world a family. There is already a quote in my India “Vsudhaiv Kutumbkam”, means “The world is one family.”
Local guides help unknown people unknowingly. I get self satisfaction when I do this. Due to the local guide program you can walk on unknown routes uninterruptedly. Whenever I go on journey I say thanks to the local guides and Google because of which I could easily reach my destination.

Because of the program my most exciting trip was to Goa. Goa was a new place for me but due to the local guides I could easily go to the beaches, historical places, markets and restaurants without any help. Now I have no hesitation in going to any unknown place in the world.

Not only this, but small business has also got boost from the local guides. Actual review of business accelerates the business. My own business also grew up by adding a location on Google Map. I feel happy when I am able to help others as a local guide. When I get compliments of an unfamiliar friend on my review I feel happy. My courage increases more to tell truth and helping others.
Overall it is a program that connects us to history, culture, civilization and the present. Connects hearts to hearts.
