I joined the Google Map’s local guide program unknowingly. I didn’t aware about local guide program. When I get notification from Google to answer a question, I gave the answer. Whenever I received notification to review a place, I reviewed the place. I love to share with people. When people find their desired places after my reviews / answers, I felt very happy . When businessman / shopkeepers gets business / customers after my reviews to their business, I felt excited. I felt proud that I am helping the people to earn money for their family.
I was happy to serve the people. My reviews, answers and knowledge was helping thousands of people. There was many local places of tourist interest but these were not popular among them. But after my reviews , when tourist get attracted and visited those places, I felt inspired and motivated.
I didn’t aware about the local guide program, it’s levels and points till this month. I got notified by Google that I am a 5th level local guide and eligible for connect live 2020. It surprised me very much. When I explore, I find that there is a ‘local guide connect’ website where local guides from all over the world, are sharing their views, information and news. I joined the ‘local guide connect’ and also share my views, read the articles of the local guides, met with the local guides of many countries there. At ‘local guide connect’, we feel love, care and friendship with each other. There are people of different countries but we feel like a single-family.
I love to travel. After joining the ‘local guide’ connect’, now I am also clicking the pictures of places and sharing on Google maps. In a few days, I achieved 6th level of local guide. It was a cheerful moment for me. After getting new information, training, new techniques, views and help over the local guides, I will be able to serve the people in a better way through Google maps.
