Randomly got to know about the google local guide program through google notification ,asking me about my experiences of recent visits . Previously, I wasn’t much interested but later ,I found it interesting. one of the reason I find it Important is, its a platform for Travellers,Foodies,and people who love being social. It actually connects us through our experiences and expectations about our discoveries for places or foods. secondly, As I have recently left my job after being married, there was always something missing. so now writing my views and sharing my experiences on this particular platform makes me feel happy and content as if I am contributing a value to this society in a way. Thirdly, earlier when i used to visit some places ,after reaching there with great difficulty or when the place wasn’t as per my expectation,this made me feel ,if would have known in advance about the place.so,that I could have planned my vacations and visits accordingly. lastly, I would like to share that when I received an email from google stating appreciation for my contribution by sending pair of socks with local guide symbol embroidered . It really made me very happy and motivated to contribute further. I am so grateful to be part of this community. At the End I would like state , Local guide program means a lot to me. Thank You all.
