Local Guide point total not updating

Who do we contact if the Local Guide point totals are not updating.

I completely understand your issue! sometimes Points will take more time than usual to be updated on your account!

Please note Points may be deducted if your contribution is determined to be in violation of our content policy. Contributions that violate our policies do not count toward your Local Guides level.

so I request you please wait for sometime, I hope it’ll be updated soon!

Since when your points are not updated. You can tag one of the Google Moderator if the issue persists for longer time.

Hi team, really need your help pleases. My local guide points are not getting updated since 2-3 months now. I was at level 6 and needed aprox 3500 points to reach to level 7. I made multiple contributions during last few months and had the points updated fine I would have just needed 500 more points for next level. My points total and badge level is stuck at same number from last 2-3 months. I don’t feel waiting for some time and being patient can help, I feel there’s an issue or bug here. Its kindda sad and demotivating. Please help fix this. @MashaPS @iDepp

Hi Team, the issue has been resolved, I offloaded the app and reinstalled it and updated my iphone. Don’t know what the issue was but either or both of the above steps fixed the issue. Thanks
