So…
I got an email saying I had a new perk to redeem (see image),
But I have tried entering it with no spaces and tried it on my phone and computer
and every time it just comes up with:
“We don’t recognize this code. Try entering it again.”
Please help!
I would love to redeem it but I don’t know how to fix this

I got an email with a perk code that is current. The problem is the site takes forever and then code is not recognized keeps appearing when I try to redeem it. Who do I contact? How can I get my perk?

I just recieved a local guide perk as a redemption code but their website keep ssying not able to recognize. It went okey for the first time, but I was not able to provide the address. Now its say code is not recognized. Any help to redeem it.

I got this same exact email, decided to bite the bullet and redeem. Haven’t had anything go wrong yet. If it is a fake it’s pretty darn convincing.
