@Arunj4144 Welcome back to Connect. It’s great to know that you are planning to host a meet up there. The best way to have central location to track meet ups and participants is via the Local Guides meet up site. You can check out this link for notes, material and how to create a meet up event. Put in as much details about your meet up as possible including date, time, location, description, agenda, etc. Once it’s approved (usually a few days), you will get an email and the RSVP link which you can share to everyone around you so they can register.
